On Feb. 27th, 2015, Bauing  Group 2014 Awards Ceremony & 2015 Mobilization Meeting was held in Honey Lake (Xiangmihu), Shenzhen. Gu Shaoming the chairman of the board of directors, Hu Lanping the chairman of the board of supervisors, Gu Shaobo the president director and other leading group members, some shareholders and shareholders’ representatives, some directors and independent directors and all colleagues of Bauing Group attended the ceremony. Additionally, guests including Gao Gang the president, Zhuang Zhiwei the vice president and Wang Yanbo the deputy secretary general of Shenzhen Decoration Industry Association, Liu Huiyong the president director, Zhang Jue the general manager and Yan Meiwen the deputy general manager of South Decoration were invited to the ceremony. With the exciting address given by Gu Shaobo, the ceremony was officially opened. Gu Shaobo said: 2014 was a splendid year for the career development of Bauing Group, an encouraging year for fruitful achievements of Bauing Group, a year with unbending determination of Bauing people. Under the development and achievements in 2014, we shall write our own song in 2015, with our industry, wisdom and promise.

In response to the call of law popularizing proposed in the 18th CPC National Congress, Bauing Group invited Law Popularizing Team of Economic Crime Investigation Department of Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau to give Bauing staff a special lecture about crimes by taking advantage of duty, bribery crime of non-official servants, insider trading and related laws and regulations.

Following, Cheng Xiangwen the president of Bauing Group made 2014 work statement on behalf of the management team of Bauing Group and deployed 2015 work plan. In chronological order, Cheng listed great events of Bauing Group in 2014 and gave high praise of the gratifying achievements of Bauing Group. Cheng mentioned in the report, under full discussion and research of the board of directors and president office, the work in 2015 will be carried out around two aspects, namely transformation and upgrading, strategic layout. The transformation and upgrading includes two sub-aspects: the one in the combination of decoration industry and internet, and the other in the combination of decoration engineering and smart home. The strategic layout also includes two sub-aspects: one refers to business-type layout—to make decoration engineering business and non-decoration engineering business more optimized and reasonable; the other refers to business-geography layout—to combine national strategy of One Belt and One Road and implement domestic and overseas business market layout. For those, the Group has set out detailed work outline and implementation steps. 

Then, within festive music, Hu Lanping the chairman of the board of supervisors of Bauing Group read out 2014 recognition decisions of Bauing Group. Leaders of Bauing Group respectively presented awards to winners of Excellent Staff, Excellent Project Manager, Excellent Project, Excellent Department Manager, ExcellentDepartment  and the staff of the highest annual bonus. While giving acceptance speeches, the awards winners shared their joy and work experience with audiences, and expressed determination to make unremitting efforts and bigger contributions to Bauing Group.

Gao Gang the president of Shenzhen Decoration Industry Association delivered impassioned address. He extended heartfelt congratulations to Bauing Group for holding on heavy stress, standing the racket and finally making brilliant achievements in 2014. Both the Association and the industry gave thumbs-up for what Bauing Group did in 2014. At the same time, the performance in the past year also demonstrated that Bauing Group was a strong, competitive, vigorous and innovative enterprise. 2014 was an extraordinary year of Bauing Group and also the year to soar to great heights. It was believed with the soaring potential, Bauing Group would realize its grand goals successfully and walk towards a glorious future, and the Association and the industry also held high expectations and hopes to Bauing Group.

In the address, Gu Shaoming the chairman of the board of directors extended his gratitude to all colleagues of Bauing Group for their hard working in 2014 and stressed what Bauing Group achieved in 2014 was the result of joint efforts of all Bauing people. Gu also placed high expectations on the development of Bauing Group in 2015. He further proposed new requirements of 2015 work and mobilized all Bauing people to struggle for new dream in 2015. At last, Gu held glass together with leaders and guests, and wished all people happy Chinese new year. After toast, Gu mysteriously announced to hand out red envelopes to all people present.

Dinner party began within the passionate red envelops hand-out by Gu Shaoming. With lions dancing, happy singing, people toasted and wished each other. As the highlight of the ceremony, lucky draw was held between dinner party and art performances. Cheers and sighs mixed and expressed the joy of winners and regrets of losers. As art performances become increasingly hot, lucky draw becomes more and more frequent. The ceremony ended in a happy atmosphere.
