Bauing Design, Research and Development Center is the primary sector of Bauing Group. As one of the enterprises with the most complete design qualifications in national architectural decoration industry, Bauing Group has many design qualifications, such as Class A qualification for designing of specific architectural decoration projects, Class A qualification for designing of specific building curtain wall projects, Class I qualification for designing of intelligent construction projects (integration), Class I qualification for designing of fire-fighting facilities (integration), etc.

Design, Research and Development Center consists of five design institutes. Each institute has a strong technical force and complete professional configuration. More than 100 designers in architectural design, commercial space, art and other sectors set up a high-quality and energetic design team. They pursue profession, innovation and perfection in design methods and styles, and respectively major in the design of specific architectural decoration projects, intelligent construction projects, specific building curtain wall projects, fire-fighting facilities, etc.

Design, Research and Development Center has more than 20 people with senior technical titles as well as many national registered architects and national registered structural engineers.

In recent years, the company has received more than 20 kinds of important design awards, such as “Most Innovative Design Award in China Interior Design Art Exhibition”, “Excellence Award of Creative Architectural Decoration Design Exhibition in Cultural Industry Expo”, “Excellence Award in Cross-Strait Interior Design Competition” and other important awards successively.
