Between June. 10th and 12th, Wu Duanhua the Chairman of PT INTILAND Development Tbk.—a listed company of Indonesia, Wu Duanping the director of Singapore Cathay Pacific Central Asia Capital Group and their group visited Bauing Group under the accompany of Ted Sioeng the Chairman of Indonesian Sioeng Group. During the visit, they went to the Kayumanis Private Villa & Spa which is located in Yangshuo of Guilin, and Tangshan of Nanjing for investigation.

On the afternoon of June. 10th, Gu Shaoming the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Gu Pu the Vice President of Bauing Group cordially received Wu Duanhua the Chairman and his group. During the meeting, Wu Duanhua gave a high praise and recognition to the achievements that Bauing Group has made in the past 20 years. Wu also expressed his wish to continue to strengthen the strategic cooperation between INTILAND and Bauing Group by riding the waves of the strategy of “One Belt and One Road” and put concrete projects into implementation, especially the REGATTA Hotel and Department Phase II and Phase III and the design and construction of outdoor & indoor decoration of the Kayumanis Private Villa & Spa established in Yangshuo of Guilin and Tangshan of Nanjing. Wu said it was hoped that INTILAND and Bauing Group together built classic projects in Indonesia and China.

Gu Shaoming the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bauing Group expressed his thanks for the visit of Wu Duanhua the Chairman and his group from Indonesia and Singapore. Gu said, Bauing Group positively practiced the strategy of “One Belt and One Road’ of China, and it’s the honor of Bauing Group to cooperate with INTILAND such a listed company of Indonesia. Bauing Group would bring all forces together to work with INTILAND, and create more classic projects integrating Chinese and Indonesian elements!

Between June. 11thand 12th, under the invitation of Wu Duanhua the Chairman of INTILAND, Gu Shaoming the Chairman of Bauing Group and Gu Shaoyang the Chairman of Bauing Industrial went together with Wu to investigate the projects developed by INTILAND in Yangshuo of Guilin and Tangshan of Nanjing. At present, INTILAND will bring its brand KAYUMANIS to China, and cooperate with Chinese investors to jointly establish Nanjing Private Villa Development Co., Ltd and Yangshuo Private Villa Development Co., Ltd which respectively built Kayumanis Private Villa & Spa in Tangshan of Nanjing and Yangshuo of Guilin. After completion, the hotels will be the first ones of Kaymanis in China. It is reported that the brand spread all over Bali of Indonesia the holiday paradise.

In the construction sites of Kayumanis Private Villa & Spa located in Yangshuo of Guilin and Tangshan of Nanjing, Wu Duanhua the Chairman introduced Gu Shaoming and Gu Shaoyang the design concept, construction progress, future planning of Kayumanis and made on-site explanation in model houses. Wu said it was hoped that the cooperation with Bauing can be stepped up, so as to further promote the formal operation of Kayumanis in Yangshuo and Tangshan.
