On Nov. 24th, Ted Sioeng the world’s outstanding Chinese and president director of Indonesia Sioeng Group visited Bauing Group and was warmly welcomed by Gu Shaoming the board chairman of Bauing Group, Gu Pu the vice president of Bauing Group and president director of Bauxian Investment. The visit by Sieong is to further promote strategic cooperation between Bauing Group and Sioeng Group.  

In the first visit, Sioeng had fully understood Bauing Group and reached initial strategic cooperation; in this visit, he negotiated with Gu Shaoming about the details of strategic cooperation, further determined the development strategies of PT Bauing Construction Indonesia jointly invested by them, and made a big plan for folk Maritime Silk Road.

During the APEC Summit, President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Keqiang respectively met Djoko the President of Indonesia, discussing the new situation and new development of Sino-Indonesia relations, further deepening and upgrading strategic cooperation. In early 2014, Gu Pu, president director of Shenzhen Bauxian Investment Co., Ltd, decided to invest the TV play My Dear Chinese Father and Mother. Set in touching stories of Ted Sioeng, the play fully demonstrated the great friendship between Indonesian and Chinese people and is a typical play of “Chinese story” required by cultural and art work in new period in China. Sino-Indonesia cooperation makes a major step forward, which is undoubtedly the biggest encouragement for the cooperation between Bauing Group and Sioeng Group. The age-old friendship between Indonesian and Chinese people is undoubtedly the good foundation of strategic cooperation between Bauing Group and Sioeng Group. PT Bauing Construction Indonesia will certainly be the opportunity for the strategic cooperation between Indonesia and China and friendship between people of the two countries, to open mind, quicken pace and define goals, continuously open up Indonesian market and develop business, to spread the enterprise tenet of “Decorate Perfect Space, Build Century-old Foundation” to the land of Indonesia, to let each city marked by the footprints of Bauing, to seek goods for Indonesians and contribute to the communication between the two countries.

On Nov. 25th, Gu Shaobo president director of Bauing Group flied to Djakarta the capital of Indonesia, began his two-day official visit to Sioeng Group and made further negotiation on strategic cooperation with Sioeng Group.  

During the visit, Gu Shaobo, together with Xuezhen Sioeng, the legal representative and general manager of Sioeng Group singed relevant law documents about the registration and establishment of PT Bauing Construction Indonesia, under the witness of lawyer Xue Zhanglin the member of Indonesia Official Notary Committee. Prior to that, Bauing has handled qualifications and certificates in enterprise overseas investment and outsourcing engineering. Currently, PT Bauing Construction Indonesia has been formally established, and the cooperation between Bauing Group and Sioeng Group settled down.

In the visit, Gu Shaobo also visited the project site contracted by PulauIntan Construction Co., Ltd with the accompany of BeiJingxing the president director of Indonesia PulauIntan Construction Co., Ltd. PulauIntan Construction Co., Ltd is a famous constructor in Indonesia. Bauing Group and PulauIntan Construction Co., Ltd signed strategic cooperation agreement on Aug. 8th, 2014, in Djakarta, Indonesia.

The visit by Gu Shaobo is a key step of strategic cooperation between Bauing Group and Sioeng Group, and also an iconic event for Bauing entering international market.
