On Apr. 3rd, famous Canadian screen actor James Alofs flew to Shenzhen from Beijing, began his formal visit to Bauing Group early in the morning and also brought his passionate speech Passion Capital: the World’s Most Valuable Asset to Bauing staff in Bauing Culture Lecture. Gu Shaobo the Chairman of the board of directors, Gu Pu the Vice President, London Wu the Assistant President cordially received James Alofs and had a discussion with him.  

First under the guide of Gu Shaobo the Chairman, James visited Bauing Group. During the visit, James showed great interest in the application of Fengshui of Chinese traditional culture in decoration and frequently questioned. While answering questions, Gu Shaobo took examples from the decoration of Bauing Group office building, detailed explaining the application of Fengshui in house decoration as the essence of Chinese traditional culture. In the discussion, James heaped praise upon classic projects of Bauing Group after watching its advertising video, showed deep interests in Chinese traditional culture, and discussed with Gu Pu the Vice President about the integration of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism of Chinese traditional religions and Chinese teaism.

Following, James made a speech Passion Capital: the World’s Most Valuable Asset in fluent Chinese for over 200 staff of Bauing Group in the packed Bauing Culture Lecture, and Gu Pu the Vice President presided the speech. In the opening remarks, Gu Pu said James was the “rich second generation” in thoughts, and it’s hoped James’ passionate speech could bring life enlightenment to Bauing staff. In the speech, starting from stories of James’ father and his own, James answered basic questions including what is passion capital, why passion capital is necessary and why passion capital is the most valuable asset in the world, then he dedicatedly analyzed passion into vitality, strength, continuity and success, and detailed explained 7 basic elements to establish and invest in self passion capital: faith, culture, courage, brand, resource, strategy and perseverance. It is reported Passion Capital: the World’s Most Valuable Asset is written by James’ father Paul Alofs with his years of experience. It detailed explained every aspect of passion capital, got universally acclaimed in North America and topped the lists of North America Bestseller for many times.

James’ visit to and speech in Bauing Group was not only a key step to build “Art Bauing, Cultural Bauing”, but also a necessity of Bauing Group to expand international market and realize internationalization.
