On the afternoon of February 18th, Khin Maung Aye, chairman of the Kaung Myanmar Aung Group, and Ko Ko, former Minister for Home Affairs of Myanmar, visited the Bauing Group accompanied by He Longde, president of the Qianhai Silk Road Industrial Investment Co., Ltd, at the invitation of Gu Shaoming, chairman of the board of Bauing Group. The two sides carried out in-depth exchanges on deepening the “One Belt and One Road” cooperation and developing business in Myanmar, and reached a consensus.

He said, “China and Myanmar have always been friendly neighbors, and the traditional friendship between our two peoples goes back to ancient times. Our two countries have pragmatic cooperation in various fields and the trade has been deepened. Close economic and trade exchanges have been established, especially on the civilian level. Since Myanmar is in the reform and development period, we need financial, technical, resource and other supports. We hope that more outstanding Chinese entrepreneurs can enter Myanmar for investment and business promotion.”

The friendship between Bauing Group and Kaung Myanmar Aung Group has a long history. In July 2016, when investigating the Myanmar market, Gu Pu, vice president of the Bauing Group, paid a visit to Khin Maung Aye, chairman of the Kaung Myanmar Aung Group.
