Recently, hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, jointly organized by Malaysia-China Culture and Art Association, Zheng He Belt and Road Association, and co-organized by Bauing Group, Bauing Pacific Future Co., Ltd., a photo exhibition “Building A Better Future Together" opened at the “HE Human Space” in Pauh, Malacca Gu Pu, Executive Vice President of Bauing Group, attends the opening ceremony of the event on invitation.

 

The photo exhibition "Building a Better Future Together" consists of three sections, which respectively are “Forging Ahead, New Achievement”, “B&R Initiative, Glorious Moments” and “Mutual Benefits, Shared prosperity”. The exhibition lasts for three days from December 7 to December 9. In the theme photo exhibition, about 200 precious photos are selected, which covers three important themes of the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening, the 5th anniversary of the B&R Initiative and the 44th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia. Such photos portray the development and evolution of the society and people’s livelihood of China and record the extraordinary course of Sino-Malaysia relations.

During the event, Zhang Jiexin, director of the Cultural Affairs Office of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, expresses that, during his visit to Malacca, he witnessed the integrity of Malacca in culture and tradition protection. In addition to economic and trade cooperation, the Chinese and Malaysian people also exchange a lot in culture. At the 44th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia, he hopes that more people will deepen their understandings of China through this photo exhibition.

Adly Zahari, Chief Minister of Malacca, expresses that friendly relations between the two countries and their people can date back from the Sultan of Malacca and the era of Zheng He, the great navigator of the Ming Dynasty. Today, apart from economic, trade and cultural exchanges, both countries have also established cooperative relations on high technology. The connection of Zheng He and Malacca is the symbol of peace and friendship. He further hopes that such spirits will be passed down continuously through the culture of the B&R Initiative, and that all ethnic groups in Malaysia and the world will be filled with peace and stability and join hands for the even brighter future.

At the opening ceremony, Gu Pu, Executive Vice President of Bauing Group, presents the Chinese calligraphy works Exchange of the Universe, Harmony of All Things as a gift to Adly Zahari, Chief Minister of Malacca, and Zhang Jiexin, Director of the Cultural Affairs Office of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia. This symbolizes the joint efforts of China and Malaysia in creating the economic and trade cooperation relationship under the B&R Initiative and the construction of the bridge of friendly with the hope of the promising future and brighter future of the Sino-Malaysia friendship and economic and trade cooperation.

 

During the event, Gu Pu also accompanies key guests such as Minister Adly and Director Zhang Jiexin to visit and share the personal feelings and joys of Chinese entrepreneurs growing up with the reform and opening up. The exhibition shows the brilliant achievements of China's reform and opening up and the new era of socialist modernization from different angles and compiles a magnificent chapter of the development of the country and the nation. Born in the forefront of the reform and opening up, Shenzhen Bauing Group will continuously stay true to the mission and forge ahead in the tide waves of the times.
