Introduction:


On December 28, the launching ceremony of Malacca, Malaysia · City Living Lab was held in Bauing Group. Cai Baoqiang, executive chairman of the “One Belt, One Road” Center of Malaysian Chinese Association, formally granted a letter to Pacific Future Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd and Bauing Group, respectively. These two enterprises will join hands to build the Malacca, Malaysia · City Living Lab. Gao Yuyue, deputy secretary general of Shenzhen Municipal Government, Yang Guiqian, director of Municipal Foreign Affairs Office in Asia, and the heads of multiple enterprises in Shenzhen attended the ceremony.

Malacca, Malaysia · City Living Lab is a new urban strategy of “building + culture + technology” launched by the MCA “One Belt, One Road” Center for implementing China’s “One Belt, One Road” Initiative, realizing the win-win development of the countries along the Maritime Silk Road, achieving the innovative transformation of Malaysian talents, capital, technologies and historical culture, enhancing the added value and competitiveness of the City Living Lab industry, and creating an impression culture in Malacca.


It is learned that Malacca, Malaysia · City Living Lab will fully exploit the outstanding Chinese traditional culture and Malacca’s historical culture and fully integrate the two with the latest technology and the latest program resources of the global ecosystem. In addition, the world’s leading technologies, intelligent hardware and disruptive innovation patterns will be used for building the ecological chain layout of “platform + content + terminal + application” for Malacca, Malaysia · City Living Lab, through the technology of augmented reality (AR) + artificial intelligence (AI), making it the transformation center of cutting-edge technologies in Malaysia.

Gu Shaoming, chairman of the Board of Directors of Bauing Group, gave a welcome speech and made a brief introduction to the development history and strategic layout of Bauing Group. “Bauing Group has been practicing the ‘One Belt, One Road’ Initiative since it went public, and has been actively seeking industrial restructuring and upgrading and moving closer to high-tech industries, while strengthening and expanding the traditional building decoration industry. Since Malaysia is the gateway to the Maritime Silk Road, Bauing Group will open the market in Malaysia by taking Malacca, Malaysia · City Living Lab as an opportunity. During communication, Li Jianyi, CEO of Pacific Future Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, introduced the AR technology and FINAL used in the Malacca project. He said he could touch “invisible” Malacca through a “visible” space. He reshaped the scene of “Maritime Expeditions of Zheng He” to feel different allusions and sources. He also redefined the city museum with AR impression · technology to uncover the mystery of Malacca and to make historic culture “live”. The fate of the city of Malacca was described via virtual holographic recording, presenting the history, current status and future of Malacca. Through a series of landmark space stories, a holographic architectural image system for Malacca will be built to present the rich cultural heritage and historical sites of Malacca into the world with the latest technology to further promote the Malay culture and make the audience resonate. In future, AR technology will also be fully applied to the map, history and interaction to superimpose the real world in the virtual world, thus achieving the “vitality and reality combination”.
